All dinners include:
- Springtime Salad: Baby spinach with strawberries, praline pecans, feta cheese and a vinaigrette dressing.
- Green Bean Almondine
- Roasted Tomato with Parmesan and Basil
- Baguette and Butter
|Beef Bourguignon (per person)|
French classic using locally raised beef, slow simmered with red wine. Served with Dauphinois Potatoes.
|Chicken Supreme (per person)|
Tender Chicken stuffed with roasted Red Pepper and Feta Cheese topped with a Tomato, Basil & Balsamic reduction. Served over rice.
|Seafood Pasta (per person)|
Tiger Shrimp, baby scallops and lobster, served over buttery linguini noodles. Mingled with fresh Asparagus, Roasted sweet peppers and a White Wine Lemon Cream sauce.
